Delivery & Shipping Information

We are pleased to offer an efficient and simple delivery service.

Deliveries for Australia will be with TOLL couriers and a signature will be required for proof of delivery.

On receipt of your order we endeavor to despatch to you within 24 hours of a business day.

Within Australia: Delivery Time Approx 3 - 5  Days

International: We will advise you of your tracking number for you to follow.

Exchanges and Refunds

You may return any item for any reason within 10 days of receipt.Only if the goods are unworn and unwashed and all tags attached... naturally you can try the garments on but cannot be 'worn' or washed.

You must advise us of your intention to return a garment so we can issue you with a return authorisation number. We cannot give you a refund without this number.

We will send you a pre paid satchel for you to send back to us with the return slip on your invoice and authorisation number we have issued you inserted on the slip. Once we have received and checked that the garment has not been worn or washed and has all labels attached we will credit your card within 7 - 10 business days.

For returns outside Australia, kindly email us for the procedure.

If you would like to exchange a garment please also advise us within 7 days and we will send you a pre paid satchel. The above unworn and unwashed and all labels attached applies.

Please throughly check your purchase immediately on receipt, to ensure you are completely satisfied with the product all our products go through a very strict quality control process many times before they are despatched from the factory.

All prices are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST.

Customs Information

Customs forms for all international packages list the value of your orders content and also a clear description of the order.

Any customs or import or government duties are levied once the package reaches your country.

Additional charges for these charges are borne by you.
